- 1 big box of sardines
- 1 can of peeled tomatoes
- 100 g grated Gruyere cheese
- The juice of 1 lemon
- A little thyme and salt
PREPARATION

- Peel the potatoes before slicing them into 0.5 cm thick slices. Blanch for 10 minutes in salted boiling water.
- Line the bottom of a dish with half of the potatoes.
- Add a layer of sardines crumbled with a fork and drizzled with lemon juice. Cover with potatoes.
